Shipping

We ship via Canada Post using expedited shipping (with tracking) and the rate depends on your location.

For orders over $125 - shipping is free. 

Regular lettermail shipping (no tracking or insurance) is $3 Canada wide. (please note if you choose this option and your package does not arrive it is not Lemonade Bay's responsibility to replace)  

At this point we are not shipping internationally.

After an order is received, we generally ship out within 2 business days. Please expect longer fulfillment over long weekends and holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking, once your order is on its way to you.

Local Delivery

For customers in the Collingwood area, we also offer free local delivery. Please share any additional preferences in checkout for drop-off and we will deliver within 3 business days. If you're wondering whether we cover your area, feel free to reach out to us at hellolemonadebay@gmail.com.
